Aka 2006 7:49 Tenor Pan, Cello or Bass, Drumset or Tenor Pan, Percussion and Electronics. Includes three parts and score. Aka was originally a chamber group that Andy was in called Joubala, with an orchestration of alto sax, African balifon, steelpan, guitar, bass guitar, percussion, and drumset. (Bass)
Amazing Grace Difficulty 3/5 This soulful, choral-style arrangement centers around the tenor pan solo, piano accompaniment, and thinly arranged middle-voice pans as originally recorded on "Yahboy!" (the demo is an excerpt of the original recording, not of the full steelband arrangement).
Cha Cha Mi Mamá Difficulty 4/5 This arrangement is fairly easy and fun to play; it relies on featuring at least one improvising soloist in your group. An excellent tune for multiple improvisers to "trade eights" also.
Chippin' on de Drag Difficulty 5/5 This is a very festive tune which makes a nice finale to a concert program. It is a very flexible arrangement and can employ either a talented tenor pan soloist (non-improvising or improvising), or the full written frontline variation chorus, or a combination of the two.
Daidai-Iro 2005 2:34 Tenor Pan
Enji 2006 8:25 Tenor Pan
57 compositions – many updated from the original recording scores – in about 240 pages. From calypso to post bop, ska to ballads. Condensed lead sheets as well as specific parts (for bass, counter-melody, keyboard, etc.) where helpful. A new surprise awaits at every turn of the page. For performers, arrangers, educators and students.
Hadairo (pronounced Hada-Iro) 2007 6:11 Tenor Pan, Double Bass, Drumset or Tenor Pan Solo. Includes three parts and score.
Macqueripe 2002 7:05 Tenor Pan
Mom and Pop Difficulty 4/5 Another good option for breaking up a concert program with something a little different. This is a smooth, light, airy piece that will appeal to the "smooth" jazzers in your audience.
